Hello, and thank you for taking the time to view my profile! I am a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of South Florida.
As a research assistant, I have made substantial contributions to the development of a multi-use force perception device that will be used in future research experiments. This has included designing and updating the entire device in OnShape, assembling the system using a variety of shop tools, and programming Phidget Force Sensors in Python.
Through my internship with TLC, I learned about the expansive HVAC industry and a Mechanical Engineer's role in creating an HVAC System for various building types. I worked closely with TLC Engineers and Designers, in addition to applying principles of Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer, to determine the heating and cooling loads required for a space. I then used this information to conduct air balances, model/size ductwork, and understand equipment selections. I also prepared multiple sets to be signed and sealed by the engineers I worked with at TLC.
