Incorporating the Support Department into the new Xebia Cloud Control chapter, expanding the Service portfolio with other Cloud solutions part of Xebia. Responsibilities: - managing the Support team and the Sales Ops team; - preparing the team in quality and quantity for new technologies and scalability; - setting up the Service offering aligned with other Xebia Operation Companies and their clients’ needs; - invoicing process as well as the automation project for invoicing; - product ownership of the CRM system (Salesforce); - compliance and security. Results: - new support offering to all clients on Xebia Cloud Control; - implemented SLA, including commercial offering; - new documentation structure, suitable for internal and client use; - increased team, trained on new products and services; - fully automated invoicing, aligned with Xebia; - roadmap for further automation
Setting up the new I&S department. Scope of work is delivering new integrations on the new platform as well as setting up/ improving support for all our clients.
