A pragmatic man with a wide and broad background within in Civil Engineering carrying a big interest for everything within the public space. But the knowledge goes beyond this part of Civil Engineering Growing up in an entrepreneurial environment (family business) led to steady base and broad knowledge of Civil Engineering. After getting a degree in Civil Engineering, started a small Engineering Company in 2001. Starting an own Civil Engineering company came from an idealism to uphold and bring practical knowledge towards an theoretical world. In 2005 the Engineering company consisted of 5 employees, but grew in 8 years to a company of 100 employees. The grew lead to an all-round Engineering Company (OmniformGourp BV) which also included a recruitment agency. In 8 years, growth and a lot of changes, lead to being an all-round manager, both technical as organizational. Business development, innovation and bringing knowledge were part of the daily activities. In the beginning of 2013, after completing a successful restructuring of the group, made the decision to make a step in personal development and leave the company. And starting to bring knowledge and experience towards clients, together bringing an effective result.
