Data for the many. At IKEA, I make data accessible and useful for non-technical teams: building intuitive data products, setting up self-service analytics, and creating clear visuals that thousands of colleagues actually use every day, with the ambition of turning "where’s the data?" into "here’s what it means and what we should do".
Many decisions start from facts and I take the responsibility to make data available. I work at the meeting point of data, technology, and business needs for IKEA Supply. With my team of leaders, we secure our data assets are transformed into useful data products for internal and external users. We work in coordination with IKEA Supply Capability Area to deliver the requirements, managing the product road map and ensuring the foundation of data sharing rules are met.
As a Data Sharing Leader, I am responsible for making sure data products are readily available to both internal and external users. My role includes securing UI/UX expertise to ensure a seamless user experience, while also managing the competences and resources needed for our capability areas to succeed. I bridge the gap between technical data management and user accessibility, ensuring a robust and user-friendly data ecosystem.
In my role at Inter IKEA Group, I led a significant Power BI migration project, ensuring the successful transition of enterprise reports and operational data. By collaborating with various teams, I gathered essential requirements and secured necessary resources, enabling a self-service model that empowered users with accessible data.
