Leading and supporting my team of Account Managers to ensure the best customer experience and monetization of IT investments to meet our client´s business KPIs. As a team we drive the delivery, enablement, adoption and satisfaction in the usage of Microsoft Cloud Services for Enterprise Commercial Customers across the sectors Manufacturing, Finance and Retail and close the customer lifecycle journey.
Working with our biggest Dynamics 365 customers to increase Business value from their Microsoft Dynamics 365 investment, through higher usage, solution adoption and deep engagement with their Business Decision Makers.
