I strive for a sustainable increase of future turnover and EBITDA of the yarns division by analyzing potential opportunities in both new products and innovations and new market segments with a focus on the automotive and contract market. • Define sales and key account strategy together with the sales director. Advice the sales team through technical, development and market advice. • Develop a network with specifiers in the contract market (architects, designers, contractors) and automotive market (tier1, OEM) • Lead the color development teams in Belgium, France and China. • Project lead of the setup of a new product program in Asia to develop our business and grow EBITDA. • Perform market research and analyzes to specify the market requirements and to internally define our product needs. I work closely with our operations and R&D teams to realize these key development projects.
