A commercially focused and creative Workplace Experience and Facilities Management Leader with cross-sector experience. Currently leading the Workplace Experience team at Royal London Insurance's brand new Headquarters in London. As a key project lead worked closely with the design team and key internal stakeholders to ensure that colleague and client experience were at the heart of decision-making in order to deliver a highly collaborative new multi-million pound workspace. With overall responsibility for all Royal London's outsourced hard and soft services, including front of house, concierge, catering and hospitality, engineering and cleaning. Previously headed up the Facilities operations of London based advertising agency, Iris Worldwide. Managed the property acquisition during the growth of the company from 150 to more than 450 personnel in UK. Directed the day-to-day management of the facilities for 450 person HQ building, including front of house and guest experience, hospitality, security, health and safety, cleaning, and maintenance. Instrumental in the design and fitout of a new flagship HQ space, transforming the guest experience, introducing agile working, improving space efficiency, whilst enhancing collaboration space, and encapsulating the true culture and values of the business. A wealth of experience in property selection, lease negotiation, workplace design and office fitout of projects from 30k - £6.5m in London and overseas. In my professional life I am a committed and driven individual who aims to deliver whatever brief I am tasked with and enjoy supporting the strategic goals of the business.
