I’m a communications strategist and storyteller with over a decade of experience building internal and executive communications programs from the ground up. I’ve collaborated with leaders across Amazon, GE HealthCare, and startups to deliver high‑impact campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership messaging that drives clarity and connection.
Supported internal and change communications during GE HealthCare’s separation from GE, with a focus on HR and IT transformation across global teams. Partnered with senior leaders to develop and deliver strategic messaging through newsletters, announcements, and town halls, fostering alignment and employee trust during organizational change.
Helped build and lead Gopuff’s first internal communications function, establishing messaging strategy, scalable systems, and cross-functional processes to support a fast-growing organization. Partnered with executives on All Hands, product launches, and milestone messaging while launching the company’s first intranet and experimenting with multi-channel campaigns to increase engagement. Collaborated with global teams across HR, Legal, Ops, and DEI to deliver culture, recognition, and change communications that connected employees to strategy and each other.
Developed and managed global messaging for student hiring, ensuring consistent, clear communication across regions and candidate touchpoints. Served as chief copy editor for internal and external student recruiting materials and trained recruiters on messaging that aligned with Amazon’s brand and positions on social issues.
Built Amazon’s first global crisis communications response framework, delivering scalable protocols and training for the PR and Corporate Affairs teams. Supported high-impact events like Prime Day, HQ2 announcements, and the Whole Foods acquisition with live war room support and coordinated messaging. Managed a global messaging database and media response system, ensuring alignment and timely distribution of key updates across internal stakeholders and press teams.
