Led a six-month accelerated planning timeline in collaboration with county officials, business leaders, and local partners. Secured sponsorships, grants, and hotel accommodations, while coordinating logistics for 16 different sports across multiple venues. Acted as the primary liaison for each venue and sport director, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of a high-quality athletic experience.
