Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to lead high-performing global teams, scale organizations through periods of hypergrowth and transformation, and partner with executive leaders to solve complex business challenges. Whether building world-class talent organizations or driving enterprise-wide AI and People transformation, I'm energized by creating systems, teams, and experiences that help both businesses and people thrive. At the core of my leadership philosophy is a simple belief: people do their best work when they feel safe, heard, empowered, and supported. High performance and empathy are not opposing forces—they're complementary. The highest-performing teams are built by leaders who create clarity, set high expectations, remove obstacles, and genuinely invest in the success of their people. I'm a results-driven leader who believes in accountability and execution, but I lead with empathy first. I believe leadership means rolling up your sleeves, staying close to the work, and never asking your team to do something you're not willing to do yourself. Oversaw a global team of approximately 90 recruiting professionals supporting hiring across all functions and levels, from early career through executive leadership, with annual hiring volumes exceeding 2,000 hires worldwide. Partnered closely with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business priorities by building scalable, data-driven recruiting operations focused on quality, speed, and operational excellence. Prioritized hiring exceptional talent, anticipating future workforce needs, and creating a frictionless hiring experience through automation, AI, process optimization, and technology. Key accomplishments: -Built a forecasting engine that consistently delivered hiring outcomes within 5% of quarterly hiring targets, significantly improving planning accuracy and executive confidence. -Increased recruiter productivity to an average of 12 external hires per recruiter per quarter, establishing one of the highest-performing recruiting organizations in the company. -Pioneered the use of AI within the People organization, leading the first enterprise implementation of AI-enabled recruiting workflows while establishing responsible AI usage guidelines and governance for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. -Scaled Okta's India organization into the company's largest global office in just three years by developing a high-performing recruiting strategy and local talent infrastructure. -Led a global Talent Acquisition organization of approximately 90 team members across North America, EMEA, APJ, and India (serving 27 countries). -Oversaw the delivery of more than 2,000 hires annually across technical, go-to-market, corporate, and executive functions while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire and candidate experience.
