Washington, District of Columbia, United States
As a landscape designer, I have worked with clients on commercial projects along the east coast corridor. I have specialized in working on roof terraces and have taken full responsibility for meeting city regulations involving bioretention areas, green roof space, and stormwater retention. Simultaneously, I have led the firm in developing BIM standards to create a faster workflow within our office and efficient coordination systems with architects and other project consultants. Hard Skills: Revit, Excel, Photoshop
I was assigned to work on 50 UNP, the United Nations Plaza in San Francisco, CA, and develop a revit model based on existing drawings utilizing GSA BIM standards and developing COBie data. I was responsible for modeling the plumbing system using accurate slopes, existing fixture models and numbers, and appropriately sized pipes and connections. After completion, I created rooms and areas with appropriate boundary lines that would help locate fixtures and equipment and would assist with COBIE data and scheduling.
