Led staff and over 80 volunteers in execution of weekend services, responsible for overall vision for service production and systems. Led the process of audio and lighting system overhauls in both campuses. Laid the foundation for what is now a healthy, vibrant service production ethos. Production manager for NLC's 10th anniversary celebration event "DECADE" which was held in February 2011 at the sold out Verizon Arena in Little Rock.
