Ik ben een Senior Project Controls Consultant met ruim 30 jaar ervaring in het begeleiden van complexe projecten binnen de energie-, chemie-, infra- en maakindustrie. Mijn specialisatie ligt in planning, risicobeheersing, kostenmanagement en maintenance management, met veel ervaring in turnarounds, outages en EPC(m)-projecten. Door mijn technische achtergrond en strategische blik help ik organisaties structuur aan te brengen en betere beslissingen te nemen op basis van data (Power BI, Primavera P6, SAP PM). Met internationale ervaring door heel Europa ben ik gewend om te werken in multiculturele teams en complexe projectorganisaties. Setting up of a detailed, achievable construction planning for a waste water treatment plant, linked to the driving deliverables from engineering and procurement.
Setting up and follow up the best feasible timeline for a smart production plant for houses and apartments. The factory is pivotal in Building housing smarter and faster with the possibility to relocate the building when needed. Scope review and Commissioning review.
