Over the past two decades, I’ve built and led procurement and commercial functions, negotiated complex global technology and outsourcing agreements, and helped organisations move from transactional buying to strategic partnerships that drive real enterprise value. I ground my leadership style in clarity, accountability, and performance. I build and guide teams through periods of significant change, empowering them with clearly defined roles, strong governance, and a culture focused on delivering measurable outcomes. I’ve worked across global organisations, including establishing procurement functions from scratch (Cuscal), advising major enterprises (including BlueScope), and supporting multi-million dollar technology and outsourcing decisions.
