- Successfully grew staff from 10 to 96, and expanded staff from US-only to US/Europe/Philippines - Transitioned development team from 100% .NET development to SaaS-based Demandware platform - Directly led the implementation of numerous Demandware implementations as a Solutions Strategist - Created PFSweb's Demandware implementation & ongoing methodology, and scaled by hiring and training new staff to run multiple projects in parallel - Created and hired Quality Assurance team and instilled best practices for test case creation and execution, including regression and automation
