Hello! I'm Kartikey Bansal, a dedicated law student with a passion for the legal profession. Currently, I am pursuing my legal education at DSNLU in Visakhapatnam. I'm a firm believer in the power of hard work and continuous learning, and I consider myself a workaholic when it comes to honing my legal skills. My journey in the world of law has been enriched by my involvement in various facets of legal academia and practice. I've had the privilege of gaining practical exposure through internships in High Courts, District Courts, and esteemed law firms. These experiences have allowed me to witness the legal system in action, furthering my understanding of the intricacies of the law. Additionally, I am an active member of the Moot and Advocacy Society at my university, where I have had the privilege of sharpening my advocacy and argumentation skills. Additionally, I am a proud member of the Centre for Intellectual Property Rights and Technology (CIPR&T), where I delve into the exciting and ever-evolving fields of intellectual property rights. My field of interest involves intellectual property rights, alternative dispute resolution, competition law, and insolvency. I am also an alumnus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), and I continue to be closely connected to the JNV community. Currently, I am actively involved in the Bharat Navodaya Abhiyaan (BNA), a public service initiative within the JNV alumni network. This involvement allows me to give back to the community that has played a pivotal role in shaping my journey.
