The Registrar has a key role in the efficient running of the admissions processes of the College. This involves the organisation and implementation of the College’s admissions processes for both standard rooms and NRAS (National Rental Affordability Scheme) apartments.

St Catherine’s College has residential colleges at UWA and Curtin campuses with accommodation for over 800 students. The Admissions Coordinator is a member of the College Marketing & Admissions Team based at the Crawley Campus with some requirement to work at Curtin. In conjunction with the Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications, the Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the planning, management and implementation of all aspects of resident recruitment, enrolment, and admissions processes for the College. This position requires a driven professional who is willing to represent the College and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and the broader community. They require outstanding business development, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail.
Orchestrating and managing a diverse array of weekly internal and external events within the dynamic educational sector, overseeing up to four events daily, with attendee numbers ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions accommodations up to 400 guests.
