Main responsibilities: • 1.5 years fast-track management program made in France, taking the role of an Upstream Project Manager for the CMFB Platform This experience was also accompanied with leadership courses toking place at Central Headquarter Renault: Agile Management, Technical Courses with the Packaging Experts • 3+ years fulfilled the role of Upstream Project Manager for CMFB Platform o Establish the dimensions of the studied vehicle zone / critical path o Engine positioning o Economical studies • Functional management for a culturally diverse team of 5 persons, based in France and Romania • I gained hands-on experience with the Underbody architecture for a study involving the implementation of an LPG system on a hybrid vehicle • Accountable for ensuring that all deadlines assigned to the design team were met consistently and efficiently • Managed the full cycle of three projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Project Manager – Development Engine Bay architect - Platform CMFB Euro 6W Main responsibilities: • Ensuring the overall vision on several architectural subzones of the same project or for several projects • Synthesis on its areas: o multi-zone: orientation of priorities according to the logic of construction of the architectural areas. o inter-zone: distribution of management of parts / interfaces; assuring convergence o global coherence on the parts to ensure the communality between vehicles
Main responsibilities: • Conducted technical interviews for prospective employees, evaluating their alignment with platform architecture requirements and team dynamics. • Designed and delivered onboarding programs focused on platform architecture, ensuring smooth integration and accelerated productivity for new hires.
