About

Senior Vice President at Grafana Labs, responsible for leading a global organisation spanning Sales (SLG & PLG), Business Development, Renewals, Channel/Alliances and Revenue Growth across the Americas, EMEA and APJ. Over the last two decades, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams through periods of rapid growth, transformation and scale. Today, my focus extends beyond revenue performance alone to building the operating systems, leadership capability and organisational discipline required to sustain long-term growth in a global technology company. At Grafana Labs, I work closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations to help scale one of the world’s leading observability platforms. My remit includes organisational design, leadership development, forecasting, go-to-market strategy, operational excellence and the practical application of AI to improve customer outcomes and organisational effectiveness. In parallel to technology, I have served for more than 16 years as a police officer in London, including roles within emergency response, anti-terrorism, surveillance and close protection. Those experiences fundamentally shaped my approach to leadership: remain calm under pressure, focus on what matters most, and build teams capable of performing when the stakes are highest. I am passionate about developing leaders, creating high-performance cultures and helping organisations navigate the transition from growth-stage companies to enduring global businesses. Above all, I believe that great companies are built by great people, united by clear principles, mutual accountability and a genuine sense of purpose.

  • Police Officer at UK Home Office

Some people play golf. Some people play football. I spend my (ever decreasing), spare time doing something very different. I’m a HUGE believer in public service. The career path I’ve been lucky enough to fall in to with software, affords me certain luxuries in life. Luxuries I feel deeply lucky to have. A SMALL way of paying some of this back is to serve the society within which I live, work and travel. I am a fully qualified and operational police officer, helping to secure and protect society from criminal and terrorist activities outside of the “9-5”: typically, when society needs the police most
