Currently, I am a junior at the University of South Carolina pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Business Information Management. I have strong career interests in the fields of IT consulting, information security, and computer forensics. Supported the maintenance and reliability of enterprise systems, including Banner and ServiceNow. Assisted with daily operations, troubleshooting, and system updates to ensure smooth performance. Worked closely with DBA, Data Warehouse, and Application Engineering teams to resolve issues, support integrations, and improve overall system stability.
Assisted in the comprehensive review and analysis of claim documentation, medical records, and policy guidelines to support the appeals process.
During my internship with the Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, I attended court hearings, gaining firsthand experience in the legal process. Additionally, I contributed by updating and enhancing document templates, honing my skills in legal documentation.
