  • Customer Service Representative at Enthusiast Enterprises, Inc.
    Sep 2023 - Present · 2 yrs 10 mos

In the customer service representative role I am tasked with assisting customers and clientele with resolving problems, addressing concerns, and clarifying questions. Providing customers with quality service in ease of mind on products that they are purchasing from us is the end goal for myself in this position. The situations can range from clarification on tracking to higher managerial level escalations. Personally, I have gone above and beyond in this position as I have been able to handle higher managerial level situations, assist with other team members and training, and providing groups and teams with product clarification and confirmation.

  • Computer Aided Design Internship at Rhine Machining & Fabricating
    Jun 2018 - Sep 2019 · 1 yr 4 mos

My internship at Rhine Machining and Fabrication was a school work partnership with Howards Grove High School offering hands on experience. I became well versed in the basics of Solidworks CAD Software learning basic fundamentals and a handful of more complex skills and tasks Worked with AutoCAD a commercial computer-aided design and drafting software application. This gave me much experience with 2D and 3D design and engineering platforms. Assembling fixtures and working on the plant floor occupied the rest of my time while CAD work was slow. Learning the most basic operation in running lathes, mills, drill presses, saws, etc. was a very beneficial set of skills to learn.

  • Student Intern at Kohler Power - Engines
    Jan 2017 - Mar 2017 · 3 mos

My internship at Kohler Power was a school work partnership with Howards Grove High School offering hands on experience. This internship was able to teach me a lot on how the Kohler Company operates and runs like a well oiled machine. I stayed at multiple different locations throughout the plant for roughly a week to 2 weeks and then rotated to a new section of the plant. I learned a variety of skills from working there and was able to admire how operations should get done on a normal basis.
