Managed team of 10 Salesforce developers (on and offshore) to deliver a project management module with capability for user to customize their own view to see specific project milestones, contacts, fields relevant to their workflow. Released on time against highly aggressive timeline. 0 defects identified post-launch. Module comprised 100+ Lightning Web Components (LWC) and delivered in a custom Salesforce Experience Site. Personally designed user interface of all pages in Figma; wrote technical requirements, built and oversaw implementation plan. Module receives 100k monthly page views across 600+ user customized views. Implemented CI/CD Pipeline to automated feature deployment process. Saved $200k+ annual labor costs from new automation. Recognized as DevOps Leader by Gearset. Launched Salesforce Backup application to automate nightly data backup on ~150m records. Saved $20k annual labor costs from replacement of manual process with automated solution. Led 250 hour investigation into potential data loss incident. My investigation found no evidence of data loss and recommended data backup solution to restore user trust in system. Developed Lightning Web Components (LWCs) in project and site details pages, beta mode framework, and data dictionary. Performed maintenance updates on 3 ETL jobs which load data into Salesforce from Redshift using DataNet jobs, AWS AppFlow and S3. Wrote technical interview rubric, led technical interviews, guided HR and recruiting team to 2 successful hires. Implemented new customer support process to reduce average first response time from 90 days to under 24 hours for all new customer requests. Acted as primary point of contact for Salesforce Technical Account Managers; held weekly touchpoints to monitor health and performance of application, identify potential system optimizations and risks, and report and escalate issues.
Led design and development (as contractor) of V2 of project management application for Amazon’s real estate division. Developed modules for project timeline templates, initiatives tracking, user dashboard, subscriptions, approvals processes, real estate closing checklists, user feedback, V1-V2 data migration utility, and mobile-friendly site scorecard. Won Hackathon at Global Real Estate User Summit with proof-of-concept for self-guided new user onboarding tool.
Developed software solutions for Amazon's (as subcontractor) World Wide Real Estate Project Management application, supporting 3500+ users. Lead architect & developer of Amazon's COVID Response Initiatives Tracker and Construction Update Approval Processes. Worked among team of 20+ architects, developers, and scrummasters to develop and maintain custom software applications which improved coordination and planning within the client’s fulfillment center launch and expansion teams. Solutions were developed utilizing a full application development lifecycle on the Skuid Platform with Salesforce as the primary back-end database.

Building Beats is a 501(c) non-profit organization that develops and expands DJ and music programs that teach entrepreneurial, leadership, and life skills to at-risk NYC youth.
