1. Lead two projects related to Wnt pathway, including both cytosolic and nuclear aspects; 2. Publish one paper as the first author in SCI journal; 3. Awarded by Sinofi-SIBS scholarship in 2014 4. Get three foundations; 5. Trained 2 graduate students.
1. Establish a Crispr-Cas9-mediated gene editing system in mouse haploid embryonic stem cells in lab; 2. Take responsibility on the Microarray platform in lab, and contribute to one publication in Cell Discovery 2017; 3. Explore the mechanism of canonical Wnt pathway, mainly focusing on the nuclear affairs and using various approaches like Microarray, CHIP and gel filtration; 4. Trained 2 graduate students.
2019.4-Present In Biostructure (Oncology) team 1. Participate in a TPD (Target Protein Degradation)-related small molecule drug discovery project; 2. Use Crispr-Cas9 technology to manipulate protein functions; 3. Learn the knowledge of single cell RNA-Seq for its advances and applications. 2018.4-2019.4 In Hearing Loss team 1. Investigate the MoA of compound's function in hearing loss therapy; 2. Contribute to the PD marker study of Guinea pig cochlea; 3. Use adenovirus-mediated gene therapy to identify gene combinations which could effectively promote hair cell regeneration; 4. Firstly figure out the sequence of Guinea Pig Atoh1 cDNA; 5. Collaborate with protein analytics group and bioinformatics group for project needs; 6. Supervise a trainee in our group from 2019.1-2019.3.
