I am responsible for working with contingent program leaders to develop a customized contingent worker direct sourcing strategy solution from both a technology and program delivery standpoint. Tundra is a technology agnostic Managed Direct Sourcing Provider that has partnerships with the worlds leading direct sourcing technology platforms such as TalentNet, LiveHire, WillHire and Eightfold. Additionally, my role includes partnering with various VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, WAND, FlexTrack, etc) as well as some of the largest MSPs to solution and financially engineer a program that will drive a competitive differentiation for our customers. Tundra is the leader in contingent labor direct sourcing programs as measured by number of customers, program spend and annual placements.
