Mi trayectoria combina experiencia en consultoría estratégica y consultoría tecnológica, acompañando a líderes y equipos de alto desempeño en organizaciones globales. Tras cinco años trabajando en Londres, regresé a Chile y actualmente me desempeño como Talent Manager en BCG Platinion, liderando la agenda de talento para los equipos de tecnología y diseño de Boston Consulting Group en Chile y Colombia. En mi rol actual actúo como partner estratégico de los Managing Directors de Sudamérica, conectando las prioridades del negocio con la estrategia de personas.
