In my role as a personal assistant with Uloba in Norway, I supported a person with disabilities in their daily life. I helped with personal care, meals, and moving around safely. I also assisted with errands and appointments when needed. My work made sure the person could live with comfort, dignity, and independence every day. I followed their routines, respected their preferences, and always protected their privacy and personal choices. I also supported social activities and encouraged participation in the community. This included helping the person take part in social events, hobbies, and outings so they could stay connected and not feel isolated. I worked with kindness and patience, always understanding that my role was to support their independence—not make decisions for them. I remained flexible, reliable, and compassionate, creating a safe and respectful environment where the person felt valued and empowered.
I have practiced and honed competence in customer relationship management, liaising with technical departments, inbound channel calls, email channel communication, WhatsApp channel communication and outbound channel calls.
