Before working on the technology vendor side, I spent the first few years of my career working for a National General Contractor to help implement software solutions on jobsites to drive standardization and efficiency for the organization. The Project Solutions Team offered technology consulting, implementation, and just in time training at project kickoff. As a Project Solutions Engineer, I was responsible for in-house just-in-time training, authoring metric/KPI based SOP documentation for company standardization, and conducting internal webinars for stakeholders of projects amounting to ~$1.5B in total volume throughout the Eastern US.
