Following strong performance as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, I was promoted to Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive strategic, high-volume hiring across Welltech’s global hubs in Ukraine, Cyprus, Spain, Poland and the UK. As a strategic talent advisor to Welltech’s C-suite and senior leadership, I translate commercial growth objectives into structured hiring plans across Marketing, Creative, Product Design and Research. This includes capacity planning, performance management, coaching and maintaining high standards of candidate quality and stakeholder experience. I manage high-volume hiring across multiple hubs, ensuring consistency, speed and alignment across regions. Using pipeline analytics and recruitment data (time-to-hire, conversion rates, offer acceptance, source performance), I drive informed decision-making and continuously refine our hiring approach. Beyond delivery, I have implemented structured process improvements across interview frameworks, stakeholder calibration, pipeline tracking and communication workflows, strengthening efficiency, transparency and accountability across the recruitment lifecycle. I work closely with Employer Branding to craft compelling job narratives and strengthen our market competitiveness. I have also reduced agency reliance by building stronger internal sourcing capability and scalable talent pipelines. Through stronger reporting, improved processes and clearer alignment between hiring and commercial priorities, recruitment now operates as a strategic growth function across Welltech’s global hubs.

Flipside is an industry-led talent development programme designed for young east Londoners with an interest in building a career in digital design. The programme aims to help talent gain the skills, mindset and behaviours needed to break into the digital design sector. As a Flipside mentor we support, champion, encourage and occasionally challenge our mentee during their work placement. We share our knowledge of the industry and support our mentees on their career goals. We support by helping our mentees to develop their portfolio and support with CV and application writing, interview preparation and wider research and networking.
