Scaling global climate communities and building programs that help turn innovation into real-world impact. As Head of Programs at Hack, I helped grow FoodHack and ClimateHack from 12 to 50+ chapters globally, building a network of 130 local leaders driving climate action across sectors, geographies, and ecosystems. I launched Hack Pilot Day to connect climatetech startups with SMEs running commercial green transition pilots, led Hack’s impact measurement work to better understand and strengthen outcomes, and supported fundraising and strategic partnerships to expand the reach of our programs.
Empowering the next generation of climate innovators. Program manager for Changemakers, a 3-month incubator guiding EPFL students in transforming sustainable ideas into real-world solutions, and the Discovery Camp, a 4-week immersive program exploring sustainable innovation. Contributing to high-impact sustainability initiatives for the EPFL vice presidency, including Tech4Dev, and spearheading the design of new projects that bridge technology, academia, and socio-environmental responsibility.
B Lab is a non-profit organisation that supports a community of people using business as a force for good. We believe that the business community can be part of the solution to global problems like wealth inequality, climate change, and social unrest. Certified B Corporations meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. There are currently 3200+ certified companies around the world, which include well known B Corps such as Patagonia, Ben&Jerry's, and Fairphone.
We use menstruation as a gateway for gender equity in schools and work places.
Travelling in emerging markets in Asia to select the top tech entrepreneurs in their country. Responsible for delivering high-quality startup pitch competitions, including securing partners and sponsors, mentoring startups and being part of the jury panel.
