With over 20 years of experience in procurement, sustainability, transformation and private equity, I am Group Chief Sustainability Officer at Accor, a world-leading hospitality group, and a member of the Group Management Board. In this role, I work with our brands, regions, owners and corporate functions to embed sustainability into Accor’s strategy & operations across 110 countries. Before returning to Accor, I held senior roles at AXA, Accor and Bouygues Telecom, leading global procurement, responsible sourcing and large transformation programs, and spent several years in private equity. Passionate about digital, technology and the mountains, I focus on making sustainability a practical driver of performance, risk management and long-term value creation for our ecosystem.
