- Manage a team of senior Talent Acquisition Partners in their day-to-day, personal growth, and development - Lead, coach and grow the Product House talent acquisition team to ensure there is the expertise to scale hiring for our ambitious growth plans. - Develop recruitment processes and sourcing strategies that drive efficiency and quality hiring while providing the best possible experience for our candidates and hiring teams. - Act as a strong partner to business leaders including Executive team members to provide visibility around recruitment delivery through KPIs and provide consultation on talent acquisition strategies, retention, and emerging talent trends in the market. - Collaborate with our HR and Marketing, Impact teams to build long-term local strategies to increase our employment brand and drive hiring initiatives. - Monitor and report key recruitment metrics while aiming to drive continuous quantifiable improvement. - Keep abreast and implement trends & best practices as it relates to recruiting within the region to attract top talent.
- Manage 3 Tech Talent Partner: delivery, weeklys, and career evolution - Driving recruiting excellence, building seamless processes and frameworks to ensure a consistently outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers - Stakeholders Management: leverage data to share insights with key stakeholders on metrics / challenge the recruitment process to achieve the business goals / - Lead the collaboration with RPO/external recruiters - Collaborate with the TA leaders / HR
Main tasks: - RECRUITMENT in the R&D's and Product's team (Data Engineer, Fullstack Developer, Mobile (IOS and Android) Developer, Data Scientist, Platform Engineer, Agile Program Manager, Product Manager, Q&A) => in charge of the brief to identify the criteria, the sourcing, the process and the closing. - BUSINESS PARTNER for the Hiring Managers (weekly to update them about the recruitment, identify the difficulties in their team, improve the recruitment process) - PROJECTS: recruitment plan, tech events, social media, ContentSquare is a fast-growing startup founded in 2012 with the mission to improve digital experiences across the board.
