As a Business & Talent Management Specialist, I : - Manage 7 strategic clients and 65 consultants - Act as a business partner, structuring and challenging client needs -Coordinate delivery and talent management to ensure high-quality staffing -Contribute to calls for tenders (RFPs / RFQs) and client proposals -Present consultant profiles with a strong value proposition -Lead commercial, salary and freelance rate negotiations -Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools -Support consultants’ performance, mobility and intermission phases -Work closely with sales, acquisition and delivery teams
As a Senior TA, my role is to : - Contribute to the talent acquisition strategy - Lead projects to improve recruitment methods and internal candidate management - Anticipate future recruitment needs by building a network of talented professionals - Contribue on the well being project to improve the day-to-day work of consultants - Collaborate in an Agile way with the Business Development team - Analyse applications - Source new recruits on channels like LinkedIn - Strategically select advertising channels for open positions - Select and join job fairs and events - Interview and evaluate candidates - Do the exit interviews of consultants and staff - Be a SPOC for external partners and recruiting agencies
• Management of the onboarding and workload of team members in the recruitment team • Taking briefs and updates from the department managers • Responsible for recruitment of all profiles, mainly for Emakina.BE (Digital, Development, Infrastructure, UX/UI, Analysts, DevOps, PMs, AMs, Managers etc..) • Acting as an advisor regarding market trends and recruitment processes • Acting as a SPOC for external partners and recruitment agencies • Acting as a coordinator for the recruitment of delivery centers • Development of partnerships with schools and universities to attract the best talents • Improvement of effectiveness and quickness of recruitment processes • Development of the onboarding process
• Responsible for recruitment of all profiles, mainly for Emakina.BE (Digital, Development, Infrastructure, UX/UI, Analysts, DevOps, PMs, AMs, Managers etc..) • Handling the end to end recruitment activities: incoming applications, sourcing and building an extensive pipeline, screenings with potential candidates and interviewing them, planning interviews with department managers, contract negotiations and proposals, integration and follow up of the new emakinians • Acting as an advisor regarding market trends and recruitment processes • Acting as a SPOC for external partners and recruitment agencies • Acting as a coordinator for the recruitment of Emakina South Africa • Development of partnerships with schools and universities to attract the best talents • Improvement of effectiveness and quickness of recruitment processes • Development of the onboarding process
