Assisted in the planning, design, and logistical organization of events, including the Heineken Festival during the Canadian Grand Prix and the 50th anniversary celebrations of the Montréal Olympic Games (summer 2026). Prepared client documents and presentations, and supported operational coordination before, during, and after events.
- Point of contact for the establishment's clientele, responsible for the overall experience quality and client requests (development of personalized offers, on-site reception and supervision during private events). - Responsible of the front house team and operations coordination: training, floor plan management, scheduling, staff training, and coordination with floor and kitchen teams. - Public relations: profile/media submissions, outreach, venue coordination, reception and follow-up during and after visits.
Founder of the HEC Montréal RunClub, I managed the club’s activities with a 360° approach : imagining, organizing, and overseeing events, partnerships, and communications.
