Lead and oversee electrical, solar, and energy consulting operations supporting residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects nationwide. Responsible for technical direction, project execution, and client advisory services across system design, repair, repowering, and infrastructure modernization. Key responsibilities include electrical and solar system audits, failure analysis, and performance optimization; management of corrective repairs, retrofits, and repowering initiatives; and delivery of strategic consulting for owners, developers, and operators. Provide hands-on leadership for troubleshooting, commissioning support, and code compliance remediation for mission-critical electrical and energy systems. Serve as primary technical advisor and point of accountability, ensuring safety, reliability, and long-term performance across all delivered electrical and energy solutions.
