Identified and sourced qualified candidates through the use of social media, job boards, and other recruiting resources. Provided timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinated interviews between hiring managers and potential employees via video conferencing or telephone calls.
Brannan Companies divisions include aggregates, asphalt materials and paving services, ready mix concrete and underground utilities and tunnel boring. Duties include defining hiring needs, setting hiring goals, tracking recruitment metrics, managing candidate communication, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining the employer brand.
Began in the dispatch department for their Owner Operator Truckload division, moving into the Driver Recruiter position after 7 months due to strong relationships built within the Owner Operator fleet, then into the position of Manager of Driver Services and Recruiting where I oversaw all recruiting of company personal and Owner Operator's while creating a comprehensive driver advocate program to increase driver confidence and reduce turnover. After 4 years I was promoted to the VP of Truckload Division to oversee all aspects of operations.
