I've spent 15 years helping some of the UK's most complex organisations make better technology decisions — and actually see them through. At Oracle, I work with Local Government and Public Sector CIOs, CFOs, and Heads of Digital Transformation to navigate cloud migration and AI-enabled transformation programmes across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX. These are rarely simple deals. They involve long procurement cycles, multi-pillar solution design, framework agreements, and stakeholder maps that span entire organisations. I like that complexity — it's where I do my best work. Before Oracle, I was at The Access Group selling enterprise SaaS into Healthcare, Social Care, and Financial Services — securing 10 new enterprise contracts during the pandemic, managing deals with ARR values exceeding £72K, and coaching junior colleagues on how to sell value into crowded, budget-constrained markets. My approach is structured. I use Challenger methodology to reframe how customers think about their problems, not just present solutions. I build multi-threaded relationships at executive level. And I use every available tool — Salesforce, AI-driven pipeline intelligence, propensity modelling — to keep my forecast honest and my pipeline healthy.
