A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry, working on major projects across the building, infrastructure, oil and gas, power and utilities and industrial sectors. Alternative dispute resolution experience in arbitration, adjudication and mediation with a detailed understanding and experience on all main forms of contract including FIDIC, JCT, NEC3, PPC partnering contracts and numerous forms of bespoke contracts.
