About

I am passionate about technology. This passion pushed me to earn both a bachelor and master of science in electrical engineering, designing an analog to digital converter for my master's thesis. Over the past 3 1/2 years, I have been fortunate enough to be able to engage in self improvement and learning new skills, but now I am eager to rejoin the workforce. I am eager to apply my technical aptitude as well as my thorough, detail oriented approach to an organization that shares my technological passions.

Experience

  • Volunteer System Administrator at OpenNIC Project
    Aug 2019 - Jan 2020 · 6 mos

I have created and maintain 3 tier-2 DNS servers for the OpenNIC project to help create an internet that is as free and open as possible.

  • Electrical Engineer Intern at GOWell International, LLC
    Oct 2015 - Jan 2016 · 4 mos

At this position I contributed to the project by enhancing the resolution of a sensor circuit, writing software in C, and conducting tests to verify our designs.

  • Graduate Student at University of Houston
    Jan 2011 - Dec 2012 · 2 yrs

This was my work for a master of science in electrical engineering. My thesis project was the quantization circuit for a successive approximation analog to digital converter (ADC) that uses the interval bisection algorithm to make the average convergence time faster than a conventional successive approximation register ADC. I gained experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Schematic as well as digital and mixed signal design.
