Responsible for the introduction of Product Management disciplines across the company.
Responsible for the creation and deployment of a new marketing methodology, during the formation and merger of the new Tuthill Controls Group.
Responsible for the formulation, implementation and leadership of turnaround strategies for Springfix Linkages Ltd, Midland Mechanical Developments Ltd and Springfix Linkages LLC (USA).
