1. Generally advising all matters pertaining to real estate and conveyancing such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Documentations, Memoranda of Transfer, Memoranda of Charge and etc; 3. Drafting and vetting Sale and Purchase Agreement, conventional loan documents, Islamic Financing documents and etc; and 4. Perfection of Transfer and Charge.
1. Generally advising all matters pertaining to real estate and conveyancing such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Documentations, Memorandum of Transfer, Memorandum of Charge and etc; 2. Attending matters pertaining to corporate land matters such as joint ventures; 3. Drafting and vetting Sale and Purchase Agreement, Deed of Assignment, Power of Attorney and etc; and 4. Probate and administration matters.
1. Drafting and vetting of legal documents (Litigation & Conveyancing); 2. Attend meetings and liaising with internal and external lawyers; and 3. Assist the Partners and Legal Associates in conducting the necessary applications or submissions to the relevant authorities.
1. Attending matters pertaining to corporate and commercial exercises, such as vetting, drafting and preparing all legal agreements and papers; 2. Assisting in drafting legal agreements in relation to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Joint Venture assignments, such as Joint Venture Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, M&A Due Diligence and etc; 3. Generally advising all matters pertaining to real estate and conveyancing such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Documentations, Memorandum of Transfer, Memorandum of Charge and etc; 4. Drafting and vetting Sale and Purchase Agreement, Deed of Assignment, Power of Attorney and etc; and 5. Probate and administration matters.
