Colin has worked at Mondelēz International for almost a decade and has worked across multiple markets notably leading the CADBURY brand as equity and partnerships director. He is a hugely creative, energetic and data-driven marketer, who is passionate about pushing his experience and expertise through his career. A particular passion is finding the spark between analytics and creativity to bring growth business models. Current role is Snacking Director in Central Europe following a director position in Benelix hub. Prior to these, Colin was the global media manager for the gum and candy division and had led the Irish marketing team. He has also held various marketing and category positions at L’Oreal and Mars in both Ireland and Australia. Colin holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and a Masters Degree in Marketing from the University College Dublin.

Responsible for the CADBURY brand equity and consumer facing programmes as well as driving the sports partnership in both B2B and B2C with Premier League and subsequently football clubs that has been activated across 8 global markets.
Manage 31 brands across 8 categories and responsibility for a multi-million euro budget. Accountability for: • Strategic planning and ensuring tactical execution through team of 5; • Brands communication plan development including media planning, creative and localisation across all channels including Digital and PR; • Agency management across Media, Data and insights, TTL Creative and POS; • Promotional planning and phasing of key tentpole events; • UK strategic alignment and parallel development; • Full Category Management responsibilities across all Grocery multiples and key Pharmacies. Member of the Irish Management Committee and UK&I Senior Leaders Forum.
