Role responsibilities: ˗ Management of the CLS analysts on contract department ˗ Development and management of training, accreditation, and outsourcing of CLS analysts services ˗ Providing lead client account support and management within team ˗ Recruitment development and selection of department analysts including engagement with third- level education sector ˗ Management of trainers and support team within CLS ˗ Responsible for sales and delivery of new business - Responsible for budgets, forecasts and all reporting - Managing client contract negotiations, client contracts, client extensions and new contract set ups - Delivering and implementing tailored training packages for individual clients - Winning new clients - Managing and directing a cross fictional internal team - Managing and directing remote teams Clients include - Allergan, Mylan, Diageo, Medtronic, Biomarin, Alkermes, Amgen and Marine Institute.
