Weekly estate audits with the Course Manager, re issues, forward planning, competition setup and policies. Management of the Golf Operations team, which included the Head Coaching Professional, PGA Professionals and Course Marshals. This would include setting daily/weekly schedules, training and development and regular team meetings. Responsibility for marketing and achieving revenue targets for both casual and guest Green fees, Club Shop, Buggy and Trolley hire, driving range, tuition, and repairs income. This would include analysing departmental expenditures, wages and payroll, GOP% against business performance to identify areas where reductions can be made to ensure cost effectiveness.
