In this role I am acting as a service manager for the Information Security team, focusing on Identity services for internal customers and external vendors. Key areas include Identifying areas for improvement in terms of process and ways of working between departments in a global organisation; Stakeholder management both internal and external to the company; Coordination of take on activities for new solutions; vendor management for both on and offshore support teams; resource management both internal and external; design and implement processes, metrics and KPI.

Site administration for approximatly 200 users accross two sites. Responsible for site infrastructure, end user support and hardware maintenance. Responsible for quality process in service tickets dispatch, and liason for cross team communication, including disaster management.
