I work to budgets, reducing stock deficits and increasing profit. I working with the Sales and Marketing team to increase footfall and turnover. I work along with the financial controller with forecasting, purchasing, Rota construction and Stock audits. I work closely with other HOD’s to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage operation as well as the hotel. I am, at times, the Hotel Duty Manager who is responsible for the building, guests, stock, security and evacuation.
