At PacSun, I was a retail sales associate who deals with customers and helped them with their buying needs. I helped recommend them products and worked as a team with my fellow associates creating the most profit possible for the company by giving the best customer service and being as efficient as possible in my work.
I began a detailing service on vehicles. This allowed me more freedom with my time and hours. It also showed me how to be more independent in my work. This also helped me improve my marketing skills since I had to market myself in order to get any kind of business.
I was a sales associate at Home Depot working in the flooring department. While working there, I was given the freedom to work in ways I felt most efficient. This allowed me to give the best possible customer service while getting my other work done as well. I gained leadership skills by delegating work to my fellow associates. I was also asked many times to cover and help lead other departments in the store such as paint, electrical, appliances.
