Co-op with Al. Neyer's Nashville office. Primarily in the role of Field Engineer working on site daily to help assist in completion of project Rock Nashville. Rock Nashville is a 515,000 square foot music production campus involving 3 separate buildings. My responsibilities include managing RFI's, leading the site safety meetings, managing drawings, communication with sub-contractors, site management, submittals, and many other important procedures to help keep the project safe and on schedule.
Worked as a sales associate at Lowes throughout senior year of high school and summer before starting college. Due to many people quitting prior to me joining the team I was thrust into a role of training new associates and managing my team within first month of employment. I developed skills in team management, teamwork, communication, and developed responsibility that I continue to carry through school and employment.
