Coordinated cross-functional teams to integrate consulting, project, and managed services capabilities. Managed the launch and adoption of a Group portfolio repository tool, growing active users to 40,000 in two months. Strengthened strategic partner relationships and developed standardized cost models to support sales. Key achievements include winning the largest Citrix Cloud deal for a insurance company and onboarding a new partner to enhance endpoint analytics and automation.
Responsible for the strategic development of the company. Leading the identification of new and core markets and defining our strategic focus within them. Optimising our product lines and identifying new opportunities to bring value to our customers. Developing and implementing a new brand that aligns with the future direction of the business and more clearly articulating our value proposition through appropriate digital and traditional marketing methods. Identifying opportunities to improve the business internally, then creating, presenting and implementing the appropriate organisational change. Working directly with customers to develop solutions that increase production throughput, improve product quality, reduce the total cost of ownership or even deliver a technical advantage.
