I build and run businesses — with full P&L accountability, skin in the game, and AI as the growth engine. As CEO of a manufacturing company in China, I took over a declining business, restructured management, scaled from 200 to 450+ people, and led the eventual sale. As co-founder and Managing Director of CoMedium, I built and funded four digital ventures from scratch. As Interim CEO of a pan-European eCommerce venture, I established operating cadence, governance, and the commercial engine from zero.
