I'm currently training at NPower Canada’s Junior IT Analyst Training program and will be graduating on September 2nd with a Google IT Support Professional certificate and a focus in technical and programming roles where I can utilize my attention to detail and drive to excel. At Ditchit Canada I worked as an Office Administrator where I successfully retained a client who was having extreme internet difficulties. I determined the cause of an issue with them unable to use their internet for over a week had to do with their old ISP not releasing the line and reached out to their previous internet provider to solve the issue between us, them and a third company managing internet lines. Sympathizing with her poor experience and talking her through the issue honestly led her to becoming a steadfast client of ours afterwards. I'm interested in an entry-level position in junior programming, ideally in the video game industry. I'm also qualified and experienced with building computers and diagnosing router and PC issues. I also have a working knowledge of C++ and have made several programs using the language.
